Our company offers digital marketing, branding, content creation, web design, and advertising services. Service deliverables and timelines are defined in the individual client agreement or project proposal.

3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due as per the invoicing terms shared at project initiation. Payments once made are non-refundable, except where expressly agreed in writing. Delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely information, content, and approvals required to execute the project. The company will not be responsible for delays resulting from incomplete inputs or lack of communication.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All creative content, designs, and digital assets produced by Momentum.Firm remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as per the scope of work.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding business information, data, and materials exchanged during the engagement.

7. Performance & Results
While we use industry-standard methods and best practices, marketing results (such as reach, leads, or conversions) depend on multiple external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms
Momentum.Firm may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
